A Free Eye camp was conducted at the slums of Bhavanipuram on 6‐7‐12. The members of our society noticed that people are suffering with the eye problems in that area. Most of the people are poor and they cannot afford to bear the cost required for the treatment. The aged old people are more concentrated upon while conducting the camp. Dr. K. Vijayasekar and his team rendered their services in conducting their camp. Women and the old people participated in large numbers and got their eyes tested. People who have problems were suggested medicines and spectacles. Some people are directed to the hospital depending upon the need. Alive Service Society distributed medicines to the needy persons. Important persons of that area participated in this program.
